单极型管的单极放大电路,用场效应管作为放大器件组成的放大电路,称为场效应管放大电路。场效应管和双极型晶体管一样是电路的核心器件,在电路中起以小控大的作用。在场效应管的放大电路中,为实现电路对信号的放大作用,要建立偏置电路以提供合适的偏置电压,使场效应管工作在特性的恒流区。

场效应管的栅极通过电阻Rg接地,源极通过电阻Rs接地。这种偏置方法靠漏极电流Id在源极电阻Rs上产生的电压为栅源极提供一个偏置电压Ugs,故称为自偏压电路。
场效应管
场效应管也是非线性器件,在输入信号电压很小的条件下,也可将其用小信号模型等效。与建立双极型三极管小信号模型相似,将场效应管也看成一个两端口网络,以结型场效应管为例,栅极与源极之间为输入端口,漏极与源极之间为输出端口。无论是哪种类型的场效应管,均可以认为栅极电流为零,输入端口视为开路,栅源极间只有电压存在。

共源极放大电路具有以下特点:输入电阻,相当于开路;输出电阻由于并联一个电阻Rds,因此输出电阻较小。共源极场效应管放大电路的微变等效电路相当于一个电压控制的电流源。

共漏极放大电路又称为源极输出器或源极跟随器,同样具有与共集电极放大电路相同的特性:输入电阻高、输出电阻低和电压放大倍数小于1并接近于1。
