Experion PKS DSA架构

  分布式系统架构DSA(Distributed System Architecture)是HoneywellExperion PKS创新技术之一。它将每个生产装置一个称之为Experion PKS 族来控制,每个族具有独立的实时过程数据库(ERDB),保证每个族的独立性。多个Experion PKS 族通过DSA可以很容易地集成一个单一的系统中,无需重复组态,无缝集成所有DCS数据,包括实时点数据, 报警事件, 操作信息, 历史数据,操作权限等等。在ERDB之上使用更高层次的企业模型数据库(EMDB),实现族之间的管理。从而实现各生产装置的信息集中管理和共享,构成超大规模系统,并且易于扩展。

  DSA可使用各种通用的网络,包括局域网、广域网。支持微波、卫星、租用专线网络等,突破地理位置上的分散。

  ExperionPKS 分布式系统架构DSA,是目前一个能够实现更高层次集散控制概念的过程自动化控制系统。是集散控制系统DCS发展非常重要的一个趋势。

 3.2 新一代过程控制器--C300

  过程控制器是DCS基础功能,前几年由于现场总线的发展,一些PID控制回路下移到现场仪表中,有些人认为DCS的发展趋势是过程控制器的功能将被削弱,将来甚至会消失。而霍尼韦尔ExperionPKS的过程控制器C300的推出说明,过程控制器不但不会消失,而且功能会更加强大。过程控制器的发展方向就是提高过程控制品质。

  提高过程控制品质(Performance),就是以前一些无法实现自动调节,或调节精度较差的回路,实现自动调节。从而提高生产过程的整体稳定性,实现过程品质的提高。

  大家知道调节回路控制都是使用基于PID算法。PID算法发明于上世纪30年代,基本算法已经有 70 多年没有改变了,大约 99% 的单回路常规控制是由 PID控制的。PID 简单, 快速, 通用, 并且灵活。但是PID也存在一些问题,主要有:

  PID难以处理那些大滞后,非线性,和强干扰的过程;

  PID鲁棒性不理想,不同工况其参数是不一 样的;

  PID参数整定不容易;

  PID会将干扰信号直接传到控制器的输出。

  PID存在的问题早就被人们发现,尽管出现很多PID参数整定方法,但是无法根本解决问题。多年来人们一直在寻找的控制算法来取代PID,以解决其不足,但均无成功。现在霍尼韦尔在Experion PKS的过程控制器上推出了可取代PID的过程回路调节算法Profit loop, 成功地解决了PID的不足。

Experion PKS DSA architecture


Distributed System Architecture (DSA) is one of the innovative technologies of Honeywell Experience PKS. It controls each production device using a family called Experion PKS, each with an independent real-time process database (ERDB) to ensure the independence of each family. Multiple Experion PKS families can be easily integrated into a single system through DSA, without the need for repeated configuration, seamlessly integrating all DCS data, including real-time point data, alarm events, operational information, historical data, operational permissions, and more. Using a higher-level Enterprise Model Database (EMDB) on top of ERDB to achieve management between families. Thus achieving centralized management and sharing of information among various production devices, forming a large-scale system that is easy to expand.


DSA can use various universal networks, including local area networks and wide area networks. Support microwave, satellite, leased line networks, etc., breaking through geographical dispersion.


ExperionPKS distributed system architecture DSA is currently the only process automation control system capable of implementing higher-level distributed control concepts. It is a very important trend in the development of distributed control systems (DCS).


3.2 New Generation Process Controller - C300


Process controllers are the basic functions of DCS. In recent years, due to the development of fieldbus, some PID control loops were moved down to field instruments. Some people believe that the development trend of DCS is that the functions of process controllers will be weakened and even disappear in the future. The launch of Honeywell ExperionPKS's process controller C300 indicates that the process controller will not only not disappear, but also become more powerful. The development direction of process controllers is to improve the quality of process control.


Improving process control quality (Performance) refers to achieving high-precision automatic adjustment for circuits that were previously unable to achieve automatic adjustment or had poor adjustment accuracy. Thus improving the overall stability of the production process and achieving an improvement in process quality.


Everyone knows that the control of the regulating circuit is based on PID algorithm. The PID algorithm was invented in the 1930s, and the basic algorithm has remained unchanged for over 70 years. Approximately 99% of the global single loop conventional control is controlled by PID. PID is simple, fast, versatile, and flexible. However, PID also has some issues, mainly including:


PID is difficult to handle processes with large lag, nonlinearity, and strong interference;
