——DCS停电维修——

第三步：进行DCS停电维护 
1、操作站、控制站停电吹扫检修。包括工控机内部，控制站机笼、电源箱等部件的灰尘清理；

3、系统供电线路检修。包括分电箱、端子排、继电器、栅等。确保各部件工作正常、线路可靠连接； 
4、接地系统检修。包括端子检查、各操作站（工控机、显示器）接地检查、各控制站（电源、机笼）接地检查、对地电阻测试； 
5、通信线路连接线、连接点检查，确保各部件工作正常、线路可靠连接。做好双重网络线的标记。 

——DCS正确上电——

第四步：现场以及DCS的各项维护工作完成后，检查确认重新上电条件是否满足。系统维护负责人确认条件具备后方可上电，系统总体上电按如下步骤进行： 
1、首先合上配电箱的总断路器，检查输出电压是否符合220V±10%； 
2、合上配电箱内的各支路断路器，分别检查输出电压； 
3、若配有UPS或稳压电源，请检查UPS或稳压电源输出电压是否正常，不正常则查找原因，恢复后才能继续以下的控制站上电与操作站步骤。 
第五步：控制站上电，DCS电源依次上电 
第六步：操作站上电，操作站的显示器、工控机等设备上电 
第七步：进行DCS重新投运检查 
1、打开控制站柜门，观察卡件是否工作正常，有无故障显示； 
2、从每个操作站实时监控的故障诊断中观察是否存在故障，主要包括卡件故障及通讯故障提示等； 
3、电源箱是否工作正常，电源风扇是否工作，5V、24V指示灯是否正常，测量供电电压是否正常； 
4、检查各层网络通讯情况，组态运行情况，PID参数等。

Step 3: Perform DCS power outage maintenance

1. Power outage, blowing and maintenance of the operation station and control station. Including dust cleaning of components such as industrial control computers, control station cages, and power boxes;

2. Maintain faults detected before power outage;

3. System power supply line maintenance. Including distribution boxes, terminal strips, relays, safety barriers, etc. Ensure that all components work properly and the wiring is reliably connected;

4. Maintenance of Earthing system. Including terminal inspection, grounding inspection of each operating station (industrial computer, display), grounding inspection of each control station (power supply, machine cage), and grounding resistance test;

5. Check the communication line connection lines and connection points to ensure that all components are working properly and the line is reliably connected. Mark the dual network cable.

——DCS is correctly powered on——

Step 4: After the maintenance work on site and DCS is completed, check and confirm whether the power on conditions are met. The system maintenance responsible person can only power on after confirming that the conditions are met. The overall power on of the system should be carried out as follows:

1. Firstly, close the main circuit breaker of the distribution box and check if the output voltage meets 220V ± 10%;

2. Close each branch circuit breaker in the distribution box and check the output voltage separately;

3. If UPS or regulated power supply is equipped, please check whether the output voltage of UPS or regulated power supply is normal. If it is abnormal, find out the reason, and then continue the following steps of control station power on and operation station after recovery.

Step 5: Power on the control station and DCS power supply in sequence

Step 6: Power on the operation station, and power on the display, industrial control computer, and other equipment of the operation station

Step 7: Conduct DCS re commissioning inspection

1. Open the control station cabinet door and observe if the card is working properly and if there are any fault displays;

2. Observe whether there are any faults from the real-time monitoring fault diagnosis of each operating station, mainly including card faults and communication fault prompts;

3. Whether the power box works normally, whether the power fan works, whether the 5V and 24V indicators are normal, and whether the measured power supply voltage is normal;

4. Check the communication status of each layer's network, configuration operation status, PID parameters, etc.
