bently990振动变送器广泛应用于钢铁、电力、冶金、化工、石化等很多行业。符合美国石油学会（API）670 标准。主要监测离心式空气压缩机、小型水泵、电机或风扇的振动,将简单的振动信号，按照比例变送成4至20 mA信号提供给设备的控制系统PLC或DCS。该变送器是一款两线制、环型供电的设备，可接受本特利bently3300 NSv接近探头的输入信号及其匹配的延长电缆。变送器可将信号调整为相应的振动峰值单位，并将此值按比例变成4至20mA的工业标准输入信号提供给控制系统1,以便机组的保护、报警和逻辑控制。

本特利bently990变送器具备以下特点：

选择DIN导轨压板或隔板固定螺钉作为标准选配件，可简化安装。

密封结构适用于高湿度（高达100%结露）环境。

与3300 NSv接近探头兼容，传感器可安装在下间隙、典型式的离心式空气压缩机狭小区域中。

虽然变送器能够进行峰值振动报警和非OK检测功能，但 4-20 mA 信号不能用来确定振动相位，在线振动监测系统的功能：如间隙报警、相位报警、定时正常通道故障、危险旁路和报警背增等也不能使用。与振动变送器连接PLC只能提供峰值的趋势数据，不适合工厂范围内的诊断系统。

除非另有说明，以下规格均适用于在 +22℃(+72℉)的条件下采用3300 NSv 探头和延长电缆，以及AISI 4140钢。

Bently990 vibration transmitters are widely used in many industries such as steel, power, metallurgy, chemical, and petrochemical. Comply with American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard. Mainly monitoring the vibration of centrifugal air compressors, small water pumps, motors or fans, converting simple vibration signals into 4 to 20 mA signals in proportion and providing them to the control system PLC or DCS of the equipment. This transmitter is a two wire, ring powered device that can accept input signals from Bently Bently 3300 NSv proximity probes and their matching extension cables. The transmitter can adjust the signal to the corresponding vibration peak unit and proportionally convert this value into an industrial standard input signal of 4 to 20mA, providing it to control system 1 for unit protection, alarm, and logic control.

The Bently Bently990 transmitter has the following characteristics:

Choosing DIN rail pressure plates or partition fixing screws as standard options can simplify installation.

The sealing structure is suitable for high humidity (up to 100% condensation) environments.

Compatible with the 3300 NSv proximity probe, the sensor can be installed in narrow areas of typical centrifugal air compressors with lower clearances.

Although the transmitter can perform peak vibration alarm and non OK detection functions, the 4-20 mA signal cannot be used to determine the vibration phase. The functions of the online vibration monitoring system, such as gap alarm, phase alarm, timed normal channel fault, dangerous bypass, and alarm backpropagation, cannot be used. The PLC connected to the vibration transmitter can only provide peak trend data and is not suitable for factory wide diagnostic systems.

Unless otherwise specified, the following specifications apply to the use of 3300 NSv probes and extension cables at+22 ℃ (+72 ℉), as well as AISI 4140 steel.
