3500系列均采用系列涡流传感器和速度传感器。偏心、鉴相测量用8MM涡流传感器。轴向位移测量用8MM涡流传感器。胀差测量用35MM趋近式传感器。1#~8#轴振动用8MM物流传感器。轴膨胀用50MM涡流传感器。

Installation

Measurement of shaft vibration: Generally, two sensors are installed in the X and Y directions

Calibration of proximity sensors: Use Bentley TK-3E eddy current probe calibrator to verify the linearity of the sensor.

The protection device of the gas turbine adopts the Bentley 3500 protection system, which is a computerized vibration information system that can provide necessary signals for the mechanical status of rotating machinery and compound motion machinery, such as imbalance, misalignment, shaft cracks, and bearing failures, providing reliable basis for early diagnosis of mechanical problems. The 3500 monitoring device is used to continuously monitor the parameters of the unit body, including speed, axial displacement, differential expansion, bearing cover vibration, phase discrimination, shaft vibration, cylinder expansion, eccentricity, etc. The measurement points of the system have independent monitoring circuits and alarm set points. Each measurement module has an analog output function.

The 3500 series adopts series eddy current sensors and speed sensors. 8MM eddy current sensor for eccentricity and phase discrimination measurement. 8MM eddy current sensor for axial displacement measurement. 35MM proximity sensor for differential expansion measurement. 8MM logistics sensor is used for shaft vibration from 1 # to 8 #. 50MM eddy current sensor for shaft expansion.
