CEPLATTYN SF 30 is an extremely high-viscosity adhesive lubricant for heavy-duty Open Gear drives.
CEPLATTYN SF 30 consists of new types of synthetic oils and special additives to optimise wear protection and lubricating film stability.
CEPLATTYN SF 30 does not contain any kind of bitumen and solvent.
The extremely high base oil viscosity guarantees a stable lubricant film between the tooth flanks being in contact, thus resulting in an outstanding performance.
Even if the lowest amount of lubricant is being used, CEPLATTYN SF 30 guarantees reliable running conditions of the gear drive.
Compared with conventional adhesive lubricants, considerable savings are possible when using CEPLATTYN SF 30.
CEPLATTYN SF 30 is especially formulated for extremely heavy-duty Open Gear drives exposed to high shock loads.
