菱变频器容量选择的具体方法及要点
一、什么是变频器容量
驱动电机的变频器容量(非功能性)可以从操作方法决定的能量流动变化情况来进行理解。
1、 加速或恒速操作时
变频器的效能是输出电流,也就是变频器能够给电机提供多少电流。变频器这种输出电流的效能可以由额定输出电流或过载能力来表示。
2、 减速操作时
由于变额器在减速操作时其驱动的电机变成发电机,能量的流动是从电机流向变频器,同变频器的加速或恒速操作相反,变频器的作用是要消耗这甚能量。
减速时电机负载返回的部分能量由电机消耗,而其余部分由变频器消耗。另外,由于这些返回的能量使变频器中平滑电容的端电压升高,当电压引到某一特定值时,就会产生再生能量消耗或能量返回供电电源侧, 能虽的流动情况如下图所示。
