YC、YCW通用橡套软电缆
制造标准:GB5013.4-1997 JB8735.2-1998,本产品采用的标准与国际电工委员会IEC245(1994)的规定相一致.
产品用途:本产品适用于交流额定电压450/750V及以下家用电器,电动工具和各种移动多电器设备.
电缆的长期工作温度应不超过65℃
“W”型派电缆具有耐气候和的耐油性能,适用于在户外接触油污场合使用.

电缆结构 技术性能:
> 电缆绝缘线芯间的绝缘电阻换算到温度20℃时应:
及以下者…不小于50MΩ·Km及以下者…不小于30MΩ·Km
及以下者…不小于20MΩ·Km
标称截面435mm2及以下规格的电缆应能经受曲挠试验,经往复曲挠1500次试验后,试样应不发生电流的断路,并能受交流50HZ 2000V电压试验5min。
YC、YCW型电缆绝缘线芯间应经受交流50HZ 2500V电压试验5min.

随着近期电缆业不断萧条,中等电缆厂周转资金短缺,一部分的小电缆厂在慢慢的兴起。按照现在的市场要求来分析,电缆采购商在慢慢的小量化,被迫中等企业在慢慢走向倒闭的末路。但此时能有一部分小规模的电缆厂还有小利可图,原因如下:
1.成本小,少了一部分的人员,如财务、仓库、质检、门卫、食堂、销售等等.
2,.利润高,平均加工电缆10%的点,可赚取利润5个点,而大厂的开支浪费大,至少要加20%的点才可赚取5个点的利润。
3.风险小,投资少,短头多,因为米数少,所以风险大大减少。
4.优势多,因为是企业,可以任意按照客户的复杂要求去做。客户愿意做的原因是大厂不会因为这点小业务而去劳师动众的。
