低压0.6/1KV铝芯交联电力电缆YJLV技术参数介绍
一、产品名称/适用电压
YJLV:铝芯交联聚乙烯绝缘,聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆 适用电压:0.6/1KV 主要原材料:铝芯、交联料(XLPE)绝缘、PVC护套
二、产品执行标准
电缆设计符合国家标准《GB_12706.1-2008_第1部分:额定电压1kV(Um=1.2kV)到3kV(Um=3.6kV)电缆》和国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC60502的要求。
三、产品用途
铝芯低压交联电缆YJLV基本用途和铜芯低压交联电缆YJLV是一样的,二者从产品结构上来看是没有任何区别的,区别在于铜芯的交联电缆的载流量高于铝芯的,如70KW的电机,根据计算电缆应该是要能承受175A的载流量,如过用铜芯电缆应该是YJLV-3*50+1*25的,但如果用铝芯的就用YJLV-3*70+1*50的,同等截面积的情况下,铝芯电缆的载流量较铜芯电缆低。但铝芯电缆比较便宜,在临时用线时,经常会被使用。
YJLV的适用范围:敷设在室内、室外、管道、电缆沟及松散土壤中,可经受的敷设牵引,但不能承受机械外力作用的场合,单芯电缆不允许敷设在磁性管道中。
四、产品使用特性:
1、敷设时的环境温度不低于0℃(低于0℃时,应预先加温),电缆的落差不受限制。
2、敷设的安装时小弯曲半径规定如下:无铠装单芯电缆:20D;无铠装三芯电缆:15D;(式中D为电缆实际外径)
3、电缆的运行温度:聚氯乙烯护套不超过90℃;聚乙烯护套不超过80℃。
4、电缆导体的高额定温度为90℃,导体短路时(长持续5S)温度不超过250℃。
5、一根或二根单芯电缆不允许敷设在铁质管道中。
