管端喇叭口成型机主要利用旋压的方式，将铜管或铝管的管端通过高速旋压加工成喇叭口形状，与机械式锻打扩口相比，开口处光滑，平整，无破裂，有效避免机械式敲打撞击造成开口破裂，不规则或回弹而造成废品等弊端。
