套管铝阳极
套管阳极根据油井表层套管和油层套管的不同，设计有多种规格的套管阳极，阳极设计的消耗寿命在十二年以上。
一、套管阳极用途
本产品应用于新钻井和侧钻井，特点是套管穿过盐膏层等介质腐蚀较强的新钻井和侧钻井套管腐蚀防护。
二、套管阳极结构和工作原理
由金属主体和合金阳极等组成。利用阳极保护器给被保护套管表面提供一个阳极，使阳极合金牺牲掉，从而使被保护的套管（阴极），降低或减轻腐蚀。
三、套管阳极外观尺寸
￠139.7mm规格套管配套阳极：￠外168*142.5mm，长度500mm；
￠114.2mm规格套管配套阳极：￠外140*116mm，长度500mm；
阳极铸造不得有气孔、砂眼，外观呈银白色，表面光洁。
阳极内径尺寸公差±0.05mm
锁紧力＞3吨/支。
￠139.7mm规格套管配套阳极锁紧卡：￠外168*142.5内，长度120mm；
￠114.2mm规格套管配套阳极锁紧卡：￠外140*116内，长度120mm；

腐蚀是油田开发过程中对油水井生产和井筒影响十分严重的现象，因油水井套管腐蚀穿孔造成的油水井报废、各种管线腐蚀穿孔、生产设备因腐蚀而频繁地更换和报废、井下管杆泵等因腐蚀损坏造成作业周期缩短等，均给油田的生产带来巨大的经济损失。腐蚀的本质是金属表面的原子发生电离开始的，在电解质中腐蚀的电化学性更为明显，油田使用的地面地下管材都是在地下或井液的电解质溶液中的，由于金属表面发生原电池作用而引起金属的腐蚀，是油田腐蚀的一个明显特征。特别是在油水井中由于使用的金属材料材质不同而引起的电化学腐蚀尤其明显。
