变频电机相较于普通电机可以节约大约20%-50%的能源。其具体省电程度取决于应用情况,例如负载特性、工作条件、运行时间等。变频电机通过变频器调节电机转速,从而有效降低能量消耗,同时也有利于提高设备的控制精度和运行平稳性,减少噪音和机械损耗。
1.变频电机的工作效率高,所以综合计算比普通的电机省电。普通电机要额定电压,或者频率只能微小的变化,不能打负荷的长时间工作,否则易烧坏电机。
2.变频电机内部绝缘比普通电机,虽然线圈之间的隔断层薄,但是有单独的散热风扇,让电机保持降低的工作温度,所以工作的时候也更稳定。电子工作稳定,而且可以随意的调整频率来改变电机的转速,所以效率比普通电机高。工作效率高,所以相对比较省电。需要注意,电机工作的时候散热风扇也工作,否则就容易损坏电机内部线圈。
