1. 直接控制:
在PLC输出端口接入2个继电器,通过两个继电器的某个状态来改变电动机正反转。
当K1和K2同时通电时,电机正转;当K2断电,K1闭合时,电机反转;当K1、K2均断电时,电机停止。
2. 间接控制:
在PLC输出端口接入2个继电器,将继电器接在独立的控制器中,通过控制器来控制电动机的正反转。
间接控制方式虽然比较复杂,但是具有更强的灵活性和扩展性。在工业自动控制系统中,通常采用间接控制方式。
