异步电动机的转子绕组，除了笼型外，还有绕线转子式，这种电动机又称为绕线转子异步电动机。

　　绕线转子线圈可连接成星形或三角形，转子上装有集电环，通过电刷装置将内部和外部联系起来，绕线转子的特点即是通过集电环和电刷，在转子电路中串接几级起动电阻，用于限制起动电流，提高起动转矩。

　　绕线转子异步电动机有二种起动方式，一是电阻分级起动，二是频敏变阻器起动，下面具体来看下。
