一、基本信息

6SL3210-1PH31-4AL0是西门子G120变频器的功率模块,属于SINAMICS G120系列。其具有以下特点:

功率相关:重过载功率为110kW(当200% 3S,150% 57S,100% 240S;环境温度-20至 +50°C(HO)),功率轻过载为132kW(当150% 3S,110% 57S,100% 240S;环境温度-20至 +40°C(LO))。

电气特性:适用于500-690V+10/-20%三相交流,47-63Hz的电源环境。

物理特性:尺寸为708x305x357(高x宽x深),防护等级为IP20,不带控制单元和操作单元。

适用固件版本:批准从CU固件-版本V4.7 HF8开始使用。

二、故障排查

当该变频器出现故障时:

查看报警信息:在控制电源380V已经上电且键盘有显示时,按shift,再按→,输入参数号(如果要求输入进入的,则输入7777),然后输入6220,按三次Enter键,就可以看到记录的报警和故障,按↑或↓的箭头翻动查看。

使用万用表检查:直接对故障变频器检查时,上电检查之初需用万用表测量。将万用表打到1K的电阻档,黑表笔与变频器的直流(-)极连接,红表笔分别连接三项输入、输出端测量电阻,电阻值应在5-10K之间且输入、输出三相之间要相互一致,输出端的三相电阻值略小于输入电阻值。完成(-)测的电阻测量后将黑表笔放置在(+)测继续进行三相测量,测量方法同上。若测量电阻值正常且无充放电现象则可上电测量,否则意味着功率部件损坏,若部件有明显烧毁痕迹则不得直接上电,需对问题部件进行更换。

三、选型相关

电流匹配:对于普通离心泵,其额定电流与电机额定电流相符;对于特殊负载如深水泵等,需要参考电机性能参数,以电流确定变频器电流和过载能力。

转矩匹配:在恒转矩负载或有减速装置时需要考虑转矩匹配的情况。另外,在使用西门子变频器驱动高速电机时,由于高速电机的电抗小,高次谐波增加会导致输出电流值增大,所以用于高速电机的该型号变频器的选型,其容量要稍大于普通电机的选型。

2. Troubleshooting

When the inverter fails:

Check the alarm information: When the control power supply 380V has been powered on and the keyboard has a display, press shift, then press →, enter the parameter number (if required to enter, enter 7777), then enter 6220, and press the Enter key three times. When you see the recorded alarms and faults, press the ↑ or ↓ arrows to scroll through them.

Use a multimeter to check: When directly checking the faulty inverter, use a multimeter to measure it at the beginning of the power-on check. Set the multimeter to the resistance level of 1K, connect the black test lead to the DC (-) pole of the inverter, and connect the red test lead to the three input and output terminals to measure the resistance. The resistance value should be between 5-10K and the input and output phases are three-phase. They must be consistent with each other, and the three-phase resistance value at the output end is slightly smaller than the input resistance value. After completing the resistance measurement of the (-) test, place the black test lead on the (+) test to continue the three-phase measurement. The measurement method is the same as above. If the measured resistance value is normal and there is no charging or discharging phenomenon, it can be powered on for measurement. Otherwise, it means that the power component is damaged. If the component has obvious signs of burnt, it is not allowed to be powered on directly, and the problematic component needs to be replaced.

3. Selection related

Current matching: For ordinary centrifugal pumps, the rated current is consistent with the rated current of the motor; for special loads such as deep water pumps, it is necessary to refer to the motor performance parameters to determine the inverter current and overload capacity based on current.

Torque matching: Torque matching needs to be considered when there is a constant torque load or a reduction device. In addition, when using a Siemens inverter to drive a high-speed motor, due to the small reactance of the high-speed motor, the increase in high-order harmonics will lead to an increase in the output current value. Therefore, the capacity of this type of inverter used for high-speed motors must be slightly higher. Larger than ordinary motor selection.
