Fluke Ti480 is a powerful infrared thermal imaging camera.
Basic performance
The detector has a resolution of 640x480 (307,200 pixels) and has a superpixel function that can capture and combine 4 times the data to generate a 1280x960 (614,400 pixels) image, providing clearer imaging.
The IFOV (spatial resolution) equipped with a standard lens is 0.93mRad, and the D:S is 1065:1, which has good spatial resolution.
Thermal sensitivity (NETD) is ≤0.05°C (50mK) at the target temperature of 30°C, able to detect small temperature differences.
Temperature measurement range is -10°C to 1000°C (14°F to 1832°F) with an accuracy of ±2°C or 2% (whichever is greater at a nominal temperature of 25°C).
Focus function
MultiSharp Multi-Point Focus: Provides autofocus images across the entire field of view, greatly eliminating the possibility of false diagnoses and capturing near and far focus images across the entire field of view.
LaserSharp Laser Autofocus: Built-in laser rangefinder calculates and displays the distance to a specified target for always-in-focus images.
It also has advanced manual focus functions to meet the needs of different scenes.
Image related functions
IRFusion infrared and visible light fusion technology: The fusion of visible images and infrared images can be easily adjusted to facilitate user viewing and analysis.
Pre-calibrated optional lenses, including 2x telephoto, 4x telephoto and wide-angle lenses, capture images near or far.
The IR - PhotoNotes image annotation system captures digital images of areas around reference conditions or actual locations and can also record any image via voice annotation (up to 60 seconds of recording per image that can be played back on the thermal imaging camera). Additional details are saved to file, reducing the need for on-site note-taking.
Operation and design
It adopts a pistol grip design for one-handed operation to achieve rapid point-and-shoot fault diagnosis. It also has a comfortable and durable design suitable for one-handed use, and is equipped with a rugged and durable 3.5-inch (horizontal) 640x480 LCD touch screen.
Equipped with 2x and 4x digital zoom functions, it is convenient to zoom in and view images.
Software and connectivity
Comes with FlukeConnect SmartView desktop software, a comprehensive connected software platform for optimizing thermal imaging, performing analysis, generating fast, customizable, reliable reports and exporting images in user-selected formats in the cloud, with Fluke Connect Integration (Fluke Connect is the world's largest integrated system of software and maintenance tools).
