方法一:URRM≥(√2UAC*β+150)*α
方法二:URRM≥√((Icn)²Ls/Cx+VPN²)
式中,UAC是变频器输入电源电压,β为电源电压的波动系数,α为系数,Ic为IGBT的额定电流,n为短路时电流冲击的倍数,Ls为杂散电感大小,Cx为吸收电容的大小,VPN为正常工作时母线电压。
就目前而言,通用380V变频器IGBT都是1200V耐压。
②电流选择
电流的选择与大工作频率,总功耗、冷却方式及环境温度范围都有关系,实际上,Datasheet中给出的电流参数常常在一两种条件下定义,因此总的来讲并不准确适合实际应用,有时会偏差很大。
