IC693PWR331RR 功率输出级,本集,将再一次对信号电流进行放大,与预推动级和推动级一样,对信号电压不仅没有放大,反而稍微有一些降低,这一级也采用射极跟随器电路,本级是整台功率放大器这一通道输出级,其输出电压取决于加到本级的驱动信号电压,而输出电流则主要取决于输出信号电压与负载阻抗的比值,这里说主要取决于的意思是输出电流不能随负载阻抗的减小而增大,如果超出本级的电流放大倍数与加到本级的驱动信号电流之乘积,则本级将无力提供,输出信号电流也受为本级工作提供的直流工作电源输出电流的限制,实际上更主要的是输出功率晶体管的参数限制,所以使用功率放大器时要注意不使功率放大器过载,否则有可能超出输出功率晶体管的能力,而使功率放大器损坏。
