变频器运行时对PLC干扰应注意的问题

变频器运行时会对周围电气设备（包括P L C ）产生较强的电磁干扰，同时变频器主电路断路器等开关器件动作时也会影响PLC 的正常工作。为防止变频器运行时对PLC干扰，变频器与P L C 相连接时应该注意以下几点：

（1）对PLC 本身应按规定的接线标准和接地条件进行接地，而且应注意避免和变频器使用共同的接地线，且在接地时使二者尽可能分开。

（2）当电源电压波动大，谐波成分多时，为抑制谐波干扰，应在PLC 的电源模块及输入/ 输出模块的电源线上接入噪音滤波器或者隔离变压器。如果干扰仍严重，应考虑在变频器主回路中接入电抗器、变压器和噪音滤波器等措施。

（3）变频器和P L C 安装在同一电控柜时，应尽可能使与变频器有关的电缆和与PLC 有关的电缆分开安装，尤其是连接变频器的强电电缆与连接PLC 的弱电电缆更要分开安装。

4 结束语

变频器和P L C 间连接问题，涉及到数字量信号连接、模拟量信号连接以及避免干扰应注意的问题；在实际应用中，两者间的连接还涉及到用弱电信号控制强电的问题。因此，应引起重视，避免干扰造成变频器、PLC 的误动作；避免连接不当造成PLC 或变频器的损坏。
