entics安沃驰0822349007手动盘车、调试转动轻松为宜，安装联轴器。将电机吊放在化工泵体上面，检查两个联轴器之间的间距，一般为3~5mm，检查电机与水泵的同轴度，拧紧电机与泵体的连接螺栓。检查设备所有连接螺丝紧固情况。然后接入电机电源线。试车前检查：拆卸工业水泵进口滤网端盖板，取出滤网清洗后恢复安装。打开进出口阀门，排出泵体内空气，检查水泵各级有无漏水，如有调节泵体固定螺栓。检查电机线头绝缘及电线柱是否损坏，检查电控箱内电气元件的配制，对直接启动和降压启动的交流接触器触点检查是否完好；检查热继电器的整定值是否与电机运行电流相等，紧固所有接线头以及测试接地是否可靠。
