Vickers威格士D5023C10D2众所周知，现在在多的工业领域中，各种空气净化设备的使用是广泛的，而其中的一些部件维护也是十分重要的，而我们今天就以空气净化设备的维护方法为例，和大家一起来看看其中的要点。使用专业的仪器定期检测设备的各项技术指标，如果发现不符合原本技术参数的要及时找出原因进行处理;根据设备实际的使用情况，定期将其中的滤料取出来进行清洗;在运行的过程中如果发现有风速变小的现象，首先应该检查初效设备的表面是否有发黑，如果有这个问题的话那就说明预过滤器中的容尘已经多了，所以导致阻力增加，解决的方法就是及时拆下初效设备内部的滤网进行清洗或换;对其中的滤网进行清洗之后，如果还是不能提高设备运行风速的话则说明其中的设备也已经出现堵塞的问题，同样的方法对设备进行换;在换设备的时候拆下其中的喷球板，随后取出设备，按照原来的规格、型号选择全新的设备，另外在安装之前应该确认设备上的箭头标记，指向气流的方向;设备换安装完毕之后需要及时确认边框有无渗漏的现象，并用专门的尘埃粒子计数器进行检测，检测结果达到技术指标之后才能使用;定期对设备中的电气线路进行检查，如果发现故障的话可以根据相关的电气原理图进行维修;定期对设备中的各个部件进行维护，以免出现不必要的故障;整个设备的使用温度不要超过5℃，并且严禁在明火的环境中使用。
