BBK 20-103中空纤维膜分离制氮机是由中空纤维膜组、空气过滤器、空气加热器及纯度控制器等组成。两种或两种以上的气体混合通过高分子膜时，由于各种气体在膜中的溶解度和扩散系数的差异，导致不同气体在膜中相对渗透速率有所不同，根据这一特性，可将气体分为：快气和慢气。膜分离制氮机工作原理：当混合气体在膜两侧压差的作用下渗透速率相对较快的气体如水、氧、化碳等透过膜后在膜渗透侧被富集，从而达到混合气体分离之目的，氮气等惰性气体被富集成高纯度供生产用，有渗透侧排空的为富氧空气。
