OMRON欧姆龙D4N-2B22产品回收和排风系统：由筒内旋风分离器、振动冷却收料器、旋风分离器、排风机，湿式除尘器，管道等组成。干燥过程完成后，干燥产品悬浮在空气中，对离开干燥室的空气中所带出的干燥产品，有效地加以分离及回收；以保证干燥过程能获得大产量和防止粉料逸到大气中造成空气污染。本机采用一次性收料系统。干成品与空气的混合物经内置旋风分离后使产品从干燥室底部出来后落到振动冷却收料器（冷却效率75）部分产品进入旋风分离器，经分离后，成品干粉由设在旋风分离器下部收料筒收集，含有少量微尘的废气从旋风分离器上部出来后进入湿式除尘器，经除尘净化后由排风机经烟囱排入大气（需安装冷凝段）本机采用的湿式除尘器为水喷淋填料过滤型，压力损失小，过滤效率高，附有水箱及水泵，供循环使用，当喷淋水质达到浓度后，可进行前道工序进行回收利用或经废水处理系统进行处理后排放，除尘器内填料应定期进行清洗。回收制冷剂无论是冬季，还是夏季移机，都把空调器中的制冷剂收集到室外机中去。拆机前应启动空凋器，可用遥控器设定制冷状态，待压缩机运转5－1分钟，制冷状态正常后，用扳手拧下外机的液体管与气体管接口上的保帽，关闭高压管（细）的截止阀门，l分钟后管外表结露，立即关闭低压管（粗）截止阀门，同的迅速关机，拔下电源插头，用扳手拧紧帽，至此回收制冷剂工作完成。（如果是冬季，宜先用温热的毛巾盖住室内机的温度传感器，然后控制冷状态设定开机。
