Q45BW22DXQ1NYP高粘度泵是根据石油、化工、涂料、油脂、医药、染料食品等行业的需求，研制开发的新型容积式泵，适用介质温度在3摄氏度以内，输送物料粘度可达6cSt。NYP高粘度泵应用工况比较广泛，主要零部件是泵体、内、外转子、托架、轴承等，可根据不同工况进行慎重选型，我认为有以下几点可以考虑。需要考虑介质特性介质的润滑性、清洁度、腐蚀性介质如果有润滑性，清洁度比较好，那么对泵的核心部件是比较好的，不易磨损；介质腐蚀性的大小决定泵的材质，PH是酸性还是碱性对于泵的材质的选择重要；如果腐蚀性大，并且有毒，还要考虑是不是做成零泄露的（介质粘度允许的情况下，一般粘度不是高的时候可以考虑）。
