E290B027为保证再生效果，再生流速应控制在5米／时，盐液浓度控制在5～8%。（再生结束后进行换）小正洗：在进再生液过程中，会有部分废液渗入压脂层中，为了节省正洗耗水量及缩短正洗时间，在正洗之前，用小正洗将这部分废液洗匀。小正洗时，打开进水阀然后打开中间排液阀，水从中排装置排出，流速控制在1～15米／时，时间5～1分钟左右。正洗：小正洗结束后，关闭中间排液阀，开启正洗排水阀进行正洗，流速同运行流速，待出水水质符合要求时即关闭排水阀，打开出水阀投入正常运行。
