三菱 QJC一般情况下,除尘布袋是逐渐磨损的,引起磨损的主要原因是粉尘的磨削力,高温引起的布袋变质和化学物质的腐蚀,当粉尘的磨削力强时,除尘布袋底部磨损严重,系统容量的增加引起过滤速度也能加速磨损。除尘器不能使用破损的布袋进行工作,否则会加速除尘器的报废。当个别除尘布袋发生小面积破损时,可以用旧的布袋或同样材料新滤布将破洞补上使用,补洞方法是使用有机硅橡胶混合料进行粘接,只要粘接剂的使用温度、化学性能与工艺状况相适应便可。
