IFM易福门OT5015 OTP-FPKG OW0004 OWS-3520-ABOA一般来说，钛板板式换热器因为流度高，结垢不像壳管换热器那样的严重，但是也因为供热系统中，因为所采用的钛板板式换热器板件流速好笑，所以存在结垢现象，水质不能忽视。由于钛板板式换热器板间距较窄，在2.5mm-5.5mm，特别是集中供热系统中的常用的人字形波板片的板式换热器，因为板间接触点较多，所以当热媒中悬浮物和水总和那个的污物较多的时候，容易、造成堵塞，对于初次运行的集中供热的系统，堵塞现象为严重，导致换热器无法正常运行，既要重新洗，极可能的将粒径调到大于2mm固体隔离在进入板式换热器之前全部洗掉刚竣工的集中供热系统，虽然经过冲洗，但是污物还是非常多，为了避免污物进入换热器，采用旋流除污器将大颗粒污物处理完，第二采用液体过滤器将小颗粒径的污物处理完全。
