161756-A1064一般润滑油酸度低于PH6以下即须换。若无法检查酸度则应定期换系统之干燥过滤器，使系统干燥度保持在正常状态下。污染度指标：如果1ml的冷冻油中污染物超过5mg，建议换冷冻油。含水量：超过1ppm，需要换冷冻油。换周期：一般每运转1小时须检查或换一次润滑油，次运转后，25小时建议换一次润滑油并清洗机油过滤器。说明：运转期间系以每天运转16小时计算。换润滑油的操作将系统冷媒回收到冷凝器侧，将压缩机内冷媒排除，将冷冻油从压缩机的放油角阀排出。
