entics安沃驰822344079PCC生产中干燥虽然属于物理过程，机理简单，只是将湿碳酸钙滤饼中水分加热蒸发，保证水分含量达标。但该过程是生产中消耗热能大的工序，它比石灰石锻烧耗煤高2%~3%，还存在干燥温度控制不好易造成返碱，密闭不严易造成产品污染等问题，直接影响后产品的质量优劣、成本高低，故对干燥设备的选择应该满足的要求：保证产品工艺质量要求，干燥质量均匀;适应物料的状态，如块状、浆状或粉状、粒状等;干燥速率高，达到所需的生产能力;能耗低，热效高，而且稳定;对环境污染小，劳动环境好;投资省，操作可靠;适应物料的热劣化，即考虑物料的热敏性，它是确定待干燥物料的温度上限，是选择干燥设备和热源的重要条件。
