entics安沃驰822351109一般多效蒸发的末效或后几效总是在真空下操作，由于各效（除末效外）二次蒸汽都作为下一效的加热蒸汽，故提高了生蒸汽的利用率，即经济性。需要强调的是蒸发量与传热量成正比，多效蒸发并没有提高蒸发量，而只是节约了加热蒸汽，其代价是设备投资增加。在相同的操作条件下，多效蒸发器的生产能力并不比传热面积与其中一个效相等的单效蒸发器的生产能力大。特别应注意那种认为多效蒸发器的生产能力是单效蒸发器的若干倍的观点是错误的。
