128015-03【冷水机安装注意事项】特冷水机安装注意事项：1.安装机组的场地是地板、安装垫,其水平度在6.4mm之内，并能承受机组的运行重量。冷水机安装期间检查机器是否受到损坏，选择合适的地方，以便于安装及日后维修。机组应放在室温为4.4-43.3℃的机房内，机组的四周和上方应有足够空间，以便进行日常的维护工作。在机组的一端应留出清洗冷凝器管束的抽管空间，也可利用门洞或其它位置合适的洞口。选择合适管径的水管，机组大功率运行时的冷却系统及冷水系统，并正确连接。对于普通的应用场合，通过蒸发器和冷凝器的水流速度允许在1.-3.6m/s之间。在任何负荷情况下，水流量应保持稳定。所有冷冻水和冷却水管道的设计及安装应按常规方法进行，冷冻水泵要位于机组的进水管上，以保证机组内的正压和流量。配管时应设置减振管以保证适当的弹性，还要防止当水泵停机时蒸发器的水被排掉。管道应有独立于冷水机组的牢固支撑，避免应力施加在冷水机组的部件上。吊架的设置要便于管道对中。.为了减少噪音和振动，好在管道上安装隔振器。.为了经济有效地使用冷水机组，建议请水处理专家分析蒸发器和冷凝器的供水水质，不好的水质会造成积垢影响传热，或产生腐蚀沉淀、滋生有机物，影响机组的性能，增加运行和维护费用。请在水管的入口加装过滤器，并定期清理。.一般来说，正确的水处理和管束的定期清洗能保持其良好的性能，如果现有的水质条件不能用适当的方法加以改善，那么就需考虑允许管束有较大的污垢系数或专门的结构材料。
