● 简单的编程、调试和维护：

MasterLogic-200 PLC的编程软件SoftMaster是界面友好的组态软件，通过串口、USB、以太网都可以非常方便的对控制器及远程IO进行编程、调试、维护和诊断；SoftMaster通过多种系统诊断工具、帮助工程师提高现场编程、调试的效率，并利于后期系统的诊断和维护；SoftMaster集成的网络管理工具，可以对多种现场总线设备的通讯进行快速的集成，且不需要编写程序。

● 与Experion系统的集成：

通过驱动程序M L D P ，M a s t e r L o g i c - 2 0 0 P L C 可以与Honeywell 的 DCS系统 ExperionP K S 、S C A D A 系统E x p e r i o nHS 、无缝的集成起来。MasterLogic-200 PLC的系统警报和事件可以直接集成在上位的报警系统中，并归档在SQL Server的数据库中，以便后期维护查询。系统硬件（电源、控制器、远程IO、IO模块、网络通讯模块）的状态可以通过可视化的方式在操作员站上进行显示。MasterLogic-200 为控制系统提供了不同的冗余架构选项，以满足不同要求。
