风机特点：

  此风机为马达与叶轮直接联接式，结构紧凑且叶轮可随马达打开（开启式，如图所示），并开有清理门。此设计主要优势是易于清理叶轮上所沾附的油漆，粉尘等物，本机型具有整体机型较小，风量大，压力强，故障低，维护保养方便等特点，广泛应用于各个行业，备受客户青睐。

风机用途：

（1）喷涂设备中:无泵浦/水濂柜喷漆台上抽风及供风。

（2）厨房排烟用。

（3）各酒店,工厂,大厦之通风换气。

风机选用注意事项：

（1）本风机如果是用于抽油漆时，请必需在使用前在机壳内部及叶轮上涂上黄油，以便定期清理油漆时方便清理。

（2）抽油漆及粉末时一般要在7-10天定期清理一次，并据实际使用情况加以调整。

（3）如果是顾客在使用过程中未及时清理或不完全清理油漆而产生负载烧坏电机或振动，则不在保质期之内。

（4）此风机不宜抽：特粘性油漆/UV漆

（5）、本机型一般常规为不带机脚，不带机脚的请选择风机旋向（右旋或左旋），可根据实际需要加机脚选择出口方向，或选择方形风机。

（6）、风机选用时要注明使用温度、使用场合，及风量、风压要求，以便能准确报价。

Fan characteristics:

The fan is directly connected with the motor and impeller. The structure of the fan is compact and the impeller can be opened with the motor (open type, as shown in the figure), and the cleaning door is opened. The main advantage of this design is that it is easy to clean up the paint and dust on the impeller. This machine has the characteristics of small size, large air volume, strong pressure, low failure, easy maintenance and so on. It is widely used in various industries and is favored by customers.

Uses of fan:

(1) In spraying equipment: no pumping/spraying cabinet on the air pumping and supply.

(2) Kitchen smoke exhaust.

(3) Ventilation of hotels, factories and buildings.

Notes for fan selection:

(1) If the fan is used for painting, butter must be applied on the inner of the casing and impeller before use, so as to clean the paint regularly and conveniently.

(2) When drawing paint and powder, it should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly in 7-10 days, and adjusted according to the actual use.

(3) If the customer fails to clean the paint in time or incompletely in the course of using, and the load burns out the motor or vibrates, it is not within the shelf life.

(4) This fan should not be pumped: extra viscous paint/UV paint

(5) The general rule of this machine is that there is no machine foot. If there is no machine foot, please choose the direction of rotation of the fan (right or left). The outlet direction of the machine foot can be selected according to the actual needs, or the square fan can be selected.

(6) When selecting the fan, it is necessary to specify the use temperature, the use occasion, and the requirements of air volume and pressure, so as to be able to quote accurately.
