一、用途及适用范围
    SYD-0703型液压式车辙试样成型机是根据中华人民共和国行业标准JTJ052《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中的T0703《沥青混合料试件制作方法（轮碾法）》规定的要求设计制造的，主要用于车辙试验时对沥青混合料试验做碾压成型，也适用于沥青混合料其它物理、力学性能试验的碾轮法试样制作。
本仪器集机械、电气、液压为一体，和同类产品相比，具有体积小、自动化程度高、功能强、操作方便等特点，是沥青混合料碾压成型的理想仪器。

1、试模规格：        300mm×300mm×（30㎜～100mm）；
2、试模车行程：      300mm；
3、试模车运动速度：  6次往返/分钟；
4、试模高度变化值：  30㎜～100mm；
5、碾轮压力：        0kN～20kN内，可任意调整；
6、碾轮规格：        半径为500mm，宽度为300mm；
7、碾轮预热：        20℃～200℃，可任意设定（通常设定为100℃）；
8、碾压轮线压力：    300N/cm；
（碾压轮宽为30cm，故正压力应为9kN ）；
