一、产品简介
    SL-3088C型埋地管道防腐层状况检测仪适用于石油、天然气、城市燃气和地下水管道的腐蚀与保护。管道防护层由于埋地时间长久而出现老化、发脆、剥离、脱落，进而造成管道的腐蚀、穿孔，引发泄漏,造成不可估量的损失。
    SL-3088C 能在非开挖状况下对埋地管道的外防腐层的破坏情况进行检测，并能对管道进行定位、测深、测电流，解决了以前在非开挖状况下无法检测的难题。该检测技术既可作为新竣工管道的检测、验收手段，也可对正在运行的管道进行定期监测。检验埋地管道的防护层状况、有针对性的更换修补，延长管道使用寿命，可以节省大量维修改造投资。对保证管道正常运行，至关重要。
二、检测原理
    SL-3088C型埋地管道防腐层状况检测仪工作原理：仪器由发射机和接收机两部分组成。发射机是一个独立的0.1-1A的探测信号输出设备，手持式接收机用于管道路由的追踪、破损点的定位和电流测量。管道上的电流强度随距离的增加而衰减，在管径、管材、土壤环境不变的情况下，防腐层对地的绝缘性越好，则电流损失越少，衰减亦越小。反之，若防腐层损坏，如老化、脱落、绝缘性能越差,电流损失越严重,衰减也就越大。该系统是中国江苏晟利仪器公司的专利产品。
