一、产品简介
    LX-F型海绵硬度计是本厂为了方便客户测量泡沫材料的硬度而特殊定制的，它适用于测定软的泡沫材料，聚氨脂泡沫胶料制品硬度，这种硬度计与其他硬度计在测定使用方面有所不同，在使用时，压脚直接在试样上接触，并利用它自己的重量作为测力负荷。
二、技术指标
    ★压针行程范围：0～2.5毫米；
    ★刻度盘值：0～100度；
    ★压针端部力：550mN～4300mN（56～438.5g）。
三、使用方法
    手持仪器中间部位，将硬度计轻轻放在大于压脚的平面试样（或试件）上，当硬度计压脚与试样平稳地接触后1秒钟内读数，这时指针所指刻度即为被测试样（试件）的硬度值。为了提高测量准确度，应将试样放在平整的玻璃或平板上，每个测量点只准测量一次，同一试样上相隔25mm以上的不同部位测量点不少于5点。测量结果取平均值，即为该试样材料的硬度值。

三、使用方法
