 一、产品简介
    DRH-III全自动双平板导热系数测定仪基于单向稳定导热原理,当试样上、下两面处于不同的稳定温度下,测量通过试样有效传热面积的热流及试样两表面间温差和厚度,计算导热系数。满足了材料检测研究部门对材料导热系数的测试要求。电子电路、计算机软件对全过程进行自动测控。本机具有计算机自动测厚,自动加压,测量不同压力下的导热系数。全自动数据采集、数据处理、打印报表,数据存储。测量时间短、数据准确、重复性好,自动化程度高的优点。
    用途:该导热系数测定仪主要测试塑料、橡胶、玻璃、纤维、苯板、挤塑板、发泡混凝土、空心玻璃、木板、各种保温材料等匀质板状材料,同时可以测量颗粒料、散料、软料等各种物质的导热系数
    适用标准:
    GB/T10294-2008 《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定》;
    GB/T3399-1982 《塑料导热系数试验方法-护热平板法》;
    GB/T10801.1-2002《隔热用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料》中规定的对聚氨酯硬泡材料导热系数的测量;
    GB/T10801.2-2002:<绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)>。中规定的对挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料导热系数的测量;
    GB/T3139-2005《纤维增强塑料导热系数试验方法》;
    GB/T 17794-2008《柔性泡沫橡塑绝热制品》

    1.导热系数:测量范围:0.010—3.000 W/ (m2/K);测量精度:±2%,重复性:±1%       
    2. 热面温度测量范围:室温—150℃,温度分辨力:0.01℃。冷面温度测量范围:0—60℃,温度分辨力:0.01℃ (可以根据用户要求选:-5~60℃,-30~60℃)。
    3.厚度测量范围:0—100mm,分辨力:0.001mm 
    4. 压力测量范围:0—500N,分辨力:0.1N
    5.试件标准尺寸:300mm×300mm ×H(5-50mm)( 可根椐用户要求定做其他规格)
    6.全计算机自动检测及数据处理系统,与通用计算机相配
