DRH-III导热系数测定仪

 一、产品简介
    DRH-III全自动双平板导热系数测定仪基于单向稳定导热原理，当试样上、下两面处于不同的稳定温度下，测量通过试样有效传热面积的热流及试样两表面间温差和厚度，计算导热系数。满足了材料检测研究部门对材料导热系数的测试要求。电子电路、计算机软件对全过程进行自动测控。本机具有计算机自动测厚，自动加压，测量不同压力下的导热系数。全自动数据采集、数据处理、打印报表，数据存储。测量时间短、数据准确、重复性好，自动化程度高的优点。
    用途：该导热系数测定仪主要测试塑料、橡胶、玻璃、纤维、苯板、挤塑板、发泡混凝土、空心玻璃、木板、各种保温材料等匀质板状材料，同时可以测量颗粒料、散料、软料等各种物质的导热系数

    GB/T10294-2008 《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定》；
    GB/T3399-1982 《塑料导热系数试验方法-护热平板法》；
    GB/T10801.1-2002《隔热用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料》中规定的对聚氨酯硬泡材料导热系数的测量；

    1.导热系数：测量范围：0.010—3.000 W/ (m2/K)；测量精度：±2%，重复性：±1%       
    2. 热面温度测量范围：室温—150℃，温度分辨力：0.01℃。冷面温度测量范围：0—60℃，温度分辨力：0.01℃ （可以根据用户要求选：-5～60℃,-30～60℃）。
    3.厚度测量范围：0—100mm，分辨力：0.001mm 
    4. 压力测量范围：0—500N，分辨力：0.1N
