三、产品特点
    ★外壳采用冷轧钢板制成，表面喷塑工艺处理，炉门采用侧开式结构，启闭灵活。
    ★中温箱式炉采用封闭型炉膛，以电热合金丝为加热元件制成螺旋形后，盘绕于炉膛四壁之中，散热时炉温均匀延长了使用寿命。
    ★高温管式电阻炉采用高温燃烧管，以硅碳棒作为加热元件在炉膛外套内安装。
    ★高温箱式电阻炉以硅碳棒为加热元件，直接在炉膛内安装，热利用率高。
    ★本系列电阻炉保温材料选用轻质泡沫保温砖以及硅酸铝纤维棉，使其蓄热量和导热系数减少致使炉膛蓄热量大升温时间缩短，表面温升低，空炉损耗率小，耗电量也大大降低。
