35、PAC的基本要求
1.具有多重领域的功能,支持在单一平台里包含逻辑、运动、驱动和过程控制等至少两种以上的功能。
2.单一开发平台上整合多规程的软件功能如hmi(HumanMachineInterface)及软逻辑,使用通用卷标和单一的数据库来访问所有的参数和功能。
3.软件工具所设计出的处理流程能跨越多台机器和过程控制处理单元,实现包含运动控制及过程控制的处理程序。
4.开放式,模块化构架,能涵盖工业应用中从工厂的机器设备到过程控制的操作单元的需求。
5.采用公认的网络接口标准及语言,允许不同供货商之设备能在网络上交换数据。
PAC定义了一种新类型的工业控制器。此控制器具备了PC的开放性、CPU、高容量的内存和软件的强大效能,并具有PLC的可靠性、强固性和分散特性。PAC采用现有的商业计算机技术,所以具有更的效能,并具有可伸缩性。透过商业化大量生产的平台,所以易于维护和具有较低的发生故障时间等特性。
虽然从外形上来看,PAC与传统的PLC非常相似,但究其实质,PAC系统的性能却得多。作为一种多功能的控制平台,用户可以根据系统的需要,组合和搭配相关的技术和产品以实现功能的侧重,因为基于同一发展平台进行开发,所以采用PAC系统保证了控制系统各功能模块具有统一性,而不仅是一个无关的部件拼凑成的集合体。
