产品要标准化、普适性。自动化领域的创业项目有不少源自创始人在实验室的科研成果，但是从实验室技术到产品商业化，中间还有巨大的鸿沟。“有些自动化技术的应用场景乍一看很广，但是具体落实上要为客户A改改这里，为客户B改改那里。如果不加选择地对于每一个细分场景都推出定制产品，那么可能会出现一个定制版本一年只能卖出5-10套的局面，研发要不断烧钱、销售增长势必缓慢。所以做自动化创业项目，产品的标准化、普适性是非常关键的。”沈瀚如是说。
