Moxa解决方案
雪山隧道采用了欧姆龙的PLC,可自动响应信号控制系统,或可进行手动操作。因PLC还带有串口,因此采用了Moxa的NPort 5230串口设备联网服务器,将PLC接入以太网络。当紧急事故发生时,PLC可通过NPort 5230从网络直接获取指令,迅速降低通道流量。
对不同出入口的控制系统而言,数据传输也是十分重要的。系统集成商采用了Moxa EDS-508-SS-SC工业交换机,使用单模光纤组建了一个可靠的工业环网,确保网络的不间断运行。单模光纤环网还通过光纤向上接入本地控制室。基于这样一个可靠的架构,雪山隧道运营方可及时根据不同情况来调整车流量,从而确保驾驶员和车辆的。
