本网络方案是株洲电厂二期技改工程2×300MW机组采用的辅控“水”网网络控制系统。辅控“水”网包含对以下辅助控制系统的监视和控制:化学补给水控制系统、凝结水精处理控制系统、汽水取样及化学加药控制系统、化学废水处理控制系统1、净水站控制系统、制氢站控制系统。
辅控“水”网向SIS系统提供过程数据和计算、分析结果以满足电厂总值长对全厂生产过程的管理要求,确保机组、运行。
二,网络拓扑:
本方案设计的辅控网络采用双星型网络结构。赫思曼的MACH3002核心交换机作为整个网络的中心,百兆冗余连接到服务器(实时数据库),百兆连接到各终端PLC。
辅控“水”网采用上位机、可编程控制器(PLC)相结合的控制方式, 辅控“水”网覆盖化学补给水系统、凝结水精处理系统、化学取样及化学加药系统、化学废水处理系统、净水站系统、制氢站系统,负责以上各个车间系统的监视、运行操作,上位机主要完成系统所覆盖各车间的设备的操作,各车间系统运行参数的显示、计算、报警、打印以及PLC参数设置、控制逻辑的修改,系统的调试;PLC接收上位机的操作指令完成对被控设备的控制、被控对象的联锁保护,同时将采集到的信号经过处理后通过光纤交换机提供给网络数据库服务器和上位机。台湾的雪山隧道全长总计12.9km,是第五长的隧道,也是亚洲第二长的公路隧道。雪山隧道是一座由多组隧道构成的隧道群。除了东行线、西行线的两座主隧道,尚包括中间的导坑;两座主隧道中间,有28座横向的人行联络隧道、8座车行联络道,加上抽排风系统所挖掘的竖井、三处通风站、三座通风中继站合计112处横向通风隧道、六座通风竖井及一号竖井顶部排风用横向排气隧道等等,大大小小长长短短共58组隧道,是全规模大双孔公路隧道群。
